Guild Meeting - speaker is Lany Eila

SATURDAY, November 5, 2011
9:30am
Westminster Presbyterian Church

Lany Eila will be speaking about her exquisite tapestry works using neutral colors and her discovery of the bones of tapestry through the reduction of color in search of form. Her works revolve from photo realism through to abstractions that deal with universal cycles of thoughts and events. Lany's tapestries are important because of their visual impact, precision as
well as content.

Her works have been included in American Tapestry Biennales numbers 6,7 and 8 as well as many other major juried tapestry exhibitions. Web site: www.lanyeila.com
